We are seeking energetic move-in volunteers to help students move items into their halls, August 13, 15 and 16 across campus. PLUS- volunteers who live on campus will be able to move in early on August 12 from 1 to 5 p.m. at no additional charge.
Student Orgs Sign Up
Are you the leader of a student org? Each organization must have ONE REPRESENTATIVE to serve as the point of contact. Expectations for this representative are outlined here. As the representative for your organization, please sign up using the instructions below and indicate you are the point of contact.
Sign-Up Instructions
- Login to the Online Housing System using your NinerNET credentials
- Select the "Move-In Crew" link at the bottom of the "Quick Links" section at the bottom of the page
Signing up for Move-in Crew is quick and easy, and should only take about 2 minutes to complete.
Student Org Member Shift Sign Up
Are you a member of a student org that has already signed up? Student org members can sign up for move in crew shifts by following the sign-up instructions above. Shifts are 2.5 hours long and while there is no minimum amount of shifts required, we encourage students to consider signing up for at least 2 shifts.
Non-Student Org Sign Up
- Are you a faculty, staff, advisors, or alumni? You can sign up for move-in crew shifts here.
- Are you a student who doesn’t have a group to participate with? You can sign up for move-in crew shifts as an individual by following the sign-up instructions above.
The deadline to sign up is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 1. Please note that incoming freshmen are unable to participate.
