Returning Residents

As an on campus resident, you know first-hand that the experience you have here is incomparable. But did you also know that living on campus contributes to greater overall satisfaction and success in college? Studies have shown that students living on campus have higher GPAs than those living off campus and are more likely to graduate on time. On campus, you have access to trained staff around-the-clock, and save valuable time commuting – time that can be used to your academic and social advantage.

Return to Campus Living

Fall 2022-Spring 2023 Residents:

Return to Campus Living (RTCL) for Fall 2023-Spring 2024 took place Nov. 1- Dec. 2, 2022.

If you want to apply for housing after RTCL ends on Dec. 2, 2022, you will need to complete a new Fall 2023-Spring 2024 housing application and submit a $100 non-refundable housing application fee. If you did not participate in RTCL, please know you may not be able to live on campus next year.

Fall 2023-Spring 2024 Residents:

We hope that you will return to on-campus housing for the Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 academic year. Return to Campus Living (RTCL) gives current residents the opportunity to select their room and roommates for Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 from housing reserved for returning residents. Reserved space is limited. Additional details about RTCL will be sent directly to residents in October of 2023.
