Returning Residents

As an on campus resident, you know first-hand that the experience you have here is incomparable. But did you also know that living on campus contributes to greater overall satisfaction and success in college? Studies have shown that students living on campus have higher GPAs than those living off campus and are more likely to graduate on time. On campus, you have access to trained staff around-the-clock, and save valuable time commuting that can be used to your academic and social advantage.

Return to Campus Living

Fall 2023-Spring 2024 Residents:

This year, we have made some changes to Return to Campus Living (RTCL).

As a reminder, RTCL gives current residents an opportunity to select space for the upcoming academic year before we begin assigning new incoming students. We listened to your feedback and are taking steps to simplify the process significantly!

To allow time for all changes to the RTCL to be finalized and approved, RTCL will launch in January, and we will provide you with more information about the updated process no later than Dec. 1.

As with previous years, we have set aside space specifically for those interested in returning to on-campus living for the 2024-25 academic year, but please know that space will be limited. Our goal is to provide returning residents with an opportunity to live on campus while meeting the increased need for housing for first-year students.

We are sharing this information with you now because we want to give you ample time to think about your housing plans for next year. Please know you have the opportunity to explore all of your housing options, including those off campus. If you are unsure where to begin your off-campus search, consider starting your search with our Niner Choice Program.
