  • If someone shows up for an organization that did not sign up for a shift ahead of time, the point of contact will be called for approval
  • Organization point of contact members are welcome to also volunteer with their designated group as long as they are able to answer the phone should a concern arise
  • Any group issues or behavior concerns will be reported to the point of contact
  • The organization point of contact is responsible for making sure their group is in the appropriate move-in crew attire (matching group shirt OR move-in volunteer shirt and all wearing move in crew wristbands on shift)
