- Please enter campus using the Cameron Road Entrance.
- Upon entering campus, follow the signs directing you to the South Village Parking Deck or Lot 8.
- Walk to your assigned building and check-in to receive your keys and other important information. We ask that guests wait in their vehicle while their resident checks in.
- Unload your vehicle from the South Village Parking Deck or Lot 8
- Laurel Hall residents will be permitted to move your vehicle with your belongings to the Laurel courtyard area. You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle. Please move quickly in order for others to unload. Move your vehicle back to the South Village Parking Deck.
- Levine Hall residents will be permitted to move your vehicle with your belongings to the Levine courtyard area. Instructions will be given to you when you check-in and pick up your keys. You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle. Please move quickly in order for others to unload. Move your vehicle back to the South Village Parking Deck. Trucks/Trailers are required to pull into Lot 8 to unload.
Phase XVI
- Please enter campus using the Cameron Road Entrance.
- Upon entering campus, follow the signs directing you to the Cone Parking Deck.
- Walk to your assigned building and check-in to receive your keys and other important information. We ask that guests wait in their vehicle while their resident checks in.
- Phase XVI residents will be permitted to move your vehicle with your belongings to a location next to Phase XVI to unload. Instructions will be given to you when you check-in and pick up your keys. You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle. Please move quickly in order for others to unload. Move your vehicle to the Cone Parking Deck. Trucks/Trailers are required to pull into Lot 8 to unload.
North Village
Belk, Lynch, Miltimore, Wallis, Witherspoon Halls
Campus Entrance: Mary Alexander Road off of E. Mallard Creek Church Road

Parking Area: Building Specific

Lynch, Wallis & Witherspoon Halls
- Please enter campus using the Mary Alexander Road entrance off of E. Mallard Creek Church Road.
- Upon entering campus, follow the signs directing you to the North Parking Deck or Lot 25.
- Walk to your assigned building and check-in to receive your keys and other important information. We ask that guests wait in their vehicle while their resident checks in.
- After you check-in, you will be permitted to move your vehicle with your belongings to the unloading area closest to your building (Lynch-Lot 20, Wallis-drop-off area in front of Wallis, Witherspoon-Lot 20). You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle. Please move quickly in order for others to unload.
- After unloading, move your vehicle back to the North Parking Deck or Lot 25. and walk back to your building.
Belk & Miltimore Halls
- Please enter campus using the Mary Alexander Road entrance off of E. Mallard Creek Church Road.
- Upon entering campus, follow the signs directing you to the Student Union Deck.
- Walk to your assigned building and check-in to receive your keys and other important information. We ask that guests wait in their vehicle while their resident checks in.
- After you check-in, you will be permitted to move your vehicle with your belongings to the unloading area in front of your building. You will have 15 minutes to unload your vehicle. Please move quickly in order for others to unload. Or, you may unload your belongings from the Student Union Deck.
- After unloading, move your vehicle to the North Parking Deck or Lot 25 and walk back to your building.
East Village
Cedar, Elm, Hawthorn, Hickory, Maple, Martin, Oak & Pine Halls and Greek Village
Campus Entrance: Van Landingham Road off of John Kirk Drive
Route: Yellow
Parking Area: Building Specific

Elm, Hawthorn, Maple, Martin, Oak & Pine Halls and Greek Village
- Please enter campus using the Van Landingham Road entrance off of John Kirk Drive (Yellow Route).
- Upon entering campus, follow the signs directing you to an area near your building to complete your check-in.
- Walk to your assigned building and check-in to receive your keys and other important information. We ask that guests wait in their vehicle while their resident checks in. (Note: if you are moving into Elm, Maple, Oak or Pine Halls, you will check in at Maple Hall)
- After unloading and checking-in, you will drive to and park in lots surrounding your building. After parking, you will walk back to your building.
Hickory/Cedar
- Please enter campus using the Van Landingham Road entrance off of John Kirk Drive (Yellow Route).
- Upon entering campus, follow the signs directing you to your building to complete your check-in.
- Walk into your assigned building and check-in to receive your keys and other important information. We ask that guests wait in their vehicle while their resident checks in. You will unload your vehicle in front of your building.
- After unloading and checking-in, you will drive to and park in Lot 6. After parking, you will walk back to your building.
