I really enjoy being able to help and connect with residents, and that is what has kept me in this role. Six semesters in, the job has developed my communication and leadership more than any other experience I have had on campus. Managing my responsibilities is not difficult anymore, because the systems you build early carry you through the busy weeks. If you like people and want a role that grows with you, this is it.
