I chose to become a DA because I wanted a hands-on campus job where I could meet new people and learn this campus inside and out. As a South Village DA I am the first person a lot of freshmen come to, so I am constantly thinking on my feet and being the main source of answers. It has made me much more confident talking with several people at once and considerably stronger in customer service. My favorite part has honestly been all the different people I have gotten to meet, and being someone residents can turn to.
