I became an RA because I wanted to make a positive impact on students' college experiences while growing as a leader myself. The most fulfilling part has been building relationships with residents and watching them grow over the year, whether that means helping someone adjust to campus, supporting them through a hard week, or celebrating their accomplishments. The role has stretched my confidence, communication, and adaptability in ways that carry straight into my future in public health.
