I wanted to be an RA to build community in the residence halls and meet new people. I had enjoyed planning events for RLC and wanted to scale that up into something regular. The role has made me a stronger problem solver, more sociable and friendly, and much better with deadlines. I keep dedicated time on my schedule for each of my commitments, which is what makes balancing this with schoolwork possible.
