I chose to become a DA at UNC Charlotte because I enjoy helping others, meeting new people, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment for students. Whether I am answering questions, assisting a resident, or responding to something unexpected, I have learned how much patience and clear communication matter. This role has made me more confident and more organized. Working closely with other student staff and professional staff members has also shown me the real value of reliability and accountability on a team.
