UNC Charlotte is home for me, and I became an RA to help create the same sense of belonging I felt in my first semester here. I genuinely enjoy learning about my residents' journeys, encouraging them toward organizations that match their interests, and celebrating their successes. Leading my own events and taking charge in an administrative capacity has given me real leadership experience alongside my coursework. Time blocking, weekly to-do lists, and a well-kept calendar are how I stay ready for bulletin boards, programs, and staff meetings.
