Fall 2025 Move-In Arrival Time Selection Schedule

Please find your move-in arrival time selection start time according to your housing assignment below. When your selection begins, log into the Online Housing System and click on the "Move-In Arrival Time" link. If you try to log in prior to your selection start time, you will receive an error message. Once you select your move-in arrival time, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

If for some reason you need to change your move-in arrival time, you will need to log back into the Online Housing System, remove the existing request, and select from the remaining available arrival times. Your opportunity to select or change your move-in arrival time will end at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, August 13.

Please note: The first two digits of your room assignment indicates your assigned floor. For example, room assignment SC-0216-1 is on the second floor (02), room assignment HO-1009-1 is on the tenth floor (10).

Changing Your Move-In Arrival Time

If for some reason you need to change your move-in arrival time, you will need to log back into the Online Housing System, remove the existing request, and select from the remaining available arrival times. Your opportunity to select or change your move-in arrival time will end at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, August 12. Please save your confirmation email so you have it for reference later.
