Fall 2022 Move In

Move in is just around the corner, Wednesday, August 17 through Saturday, August 20. Until then, explore our Move-In Guide!

Note: We are still actively making housing assignments and will send you an email once you have been assigned. If you have already been assigned, please log into the Online Housing System to see your housing assignment. If you have already been assigned and are interested in an assignment change, you can find instructions on how to do so online here. We will offer online assignment changes through Monday, August 1, on Mondays & Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m only.

Move-In Arrival Time Selection

Every resident will be able to select a move-in arrival date and time via the Online Housing System by logging into the Online Housing System and clicking on the "Move-In Arrival Time" link. Once you select your move-in arrival time, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

If for some reason you need to change your move-in arrival time, you will need to log back into the Online Housing System, remove the existing request, and select from the remaining available arrival times. Your opportunity to select or change your move-in arrival time will end at 11:59 pm on Tuesday, August 16. Please save your confirmation email so you have it for reference later.

Important information included in the Move-In Guide:

  • Driving and Parking Directions. Directions on campus and parking instructions vary by housing assignment. In preparation for move-in, review your hall’s directions here (includes how to check in once you've arrived on campus).
  • Move-In Tips. Find tips to make your move-in day as smooth as possible here.
  • Packing List. We've compiled a list of what you should bring to campus and what you should leave at home here
  • Furniture Dimensions. Find the dimension for all the provided furniture here
  • Appliance Rental and Linen Program. Residents can rent select appliances including micro-fridge and mini fridge/freezer units eliminating the hassle of transporting and carrying your own unit from home. The Linen Program offers one-stop shopping for all your room must-haves, including storage solutions, comforters, pillows, mattress pads and blankets. Details about each program can be found here.
  • Renters Insurance. Students wishing to protect their belongings from the possibility of loss should obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Some residents may be covered under their parents' existing homeowner's or renter's policy. Check with your personal insurance company for more information.
